Visit 1: Consultation and Qualification

The first step in the Fixed New Teeth process is a consultation. The doctor and the staff will start collecting the diagnostic data required for your smile transformation. This visit ranges between 45 to 60 minutes.

The following will be performed at visit 1:

  • Your dental history
  • Analyzing your 3D CT Scan
  • Presentation of findings and different treatment options and fees

Visit 2: Pre-Op Appointment

In this visit the rest of the required data is collected, and all data is analyzed.
This visit ranges between 60 to 90 minutes.

The following will be performed at visit 2:

  • Informed Consents and post-op instructions for day of surgery
  • Financial Arrangements
  • Bite registrations
  • Impressions of your teeth and gums
  • Taking a series of photographs of your teeth and gums
  • Facial Analysis – analyzing facial symmetry, lip characteristics, facial profile type, shape of face
  • Surgical Planning report
  • Smile Analysis – deciding the shape, shade, and size of your new teeth
  • Selection of the type of materials we will use to make your new fixed prosthesis

Visit 3: Surgery & Prosthetic Delivery

This visit usually takes 3 to 6 hours.

This visit will include:

  • Performing the surgery
  • Delivering the fixed prosthesis (The majority of our patients are candidates for an immediate fixed prosthesis after the surgery; however, a small percentage are not. In this scenario they will have a very well-fitted removable prosthesis during the healing period of 4 to 6 months before the final fixed prosthesis is delivered.)

Visit 4: Constructing the Definitive Prosthesis

Anywhere between 3 to 12 months after the surgery, depending on a few factors, you will be ready for your final prosthesis so you can continue to enjoy life with your new teeth. The final prosthesis is made of a bio-compatible, and bio-mimetic material – this means, it looks, feels and functions like real teeth!
