We believe all treatment begun should be completed. Incomplete treatment leads to problems, complications, misunderstandings, and usually further disease. Therefore, if a plan is agreed upon and is started, it needs to be completed.
An appointment in our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for treatment. Our office policy is firm in this regard and we will not tolerate frequent cancellations or constant short-notice changes. We remain committed to mutual respect for each-other’s time.
Our office does not participate with any insurance plan. We have made the choice to not be restricted by predatory insurance companies seeking to deny benefits to their clients, therefore, our commitment remains to you, the patient. Even though your dental plan may not cover all necessary treatment, we will always present the best options for your health. We will file claims to your dental benefit plan on your behalf, but the full cost of treatment is your responsibility.
We will use the best professional care, skill, and judgment in planning and delivering your dental treatment. Your payment will reimburse us for our services. After all fees are properly explained, you agree to fulfill your financial commitment to our office promptly and completely. Payment is due at the time of service. For extensive treatment plans payment is due at time of scheduling.
You are required to keep a major credit card on file with us, authorizing charges for account balances older than 30 days and to reserve or confirm appointments scheduled in advance.
We will always ask your consent and present financial arrangements in writing for any treatment we provide. By being a patient in our office, you consent to the policies as they are stated and presented.
All major credit cards, cash, check, and third party financing options are suitable payment methods.
