Trinity Dental Arts does not participate in insurance networks and does not accept assignment of benefits. We do not perform benefit searches or obtain preauthorizations. After services, we can submit a claim for any reimbursement your insurer may pay directly to you. Contact your insurer to confirm coverage, exclusions, limits and any preauthorization requirements. Your written practice fee remains your responsibility.
