Quick answer: a complete single dental implant at Trinity Dental Arts — post, abutment, and crown — runs approximately $5,500. All-on-4® full-arch starts at $25,000 per arch including sedation, extractions, and same-day provisional teeth. Financing options are available, subject to approval. Your exact fee is confirmed after a clinical diagnostic exam and 3D CBCT scan.

Figures are approximations because anatomy differs — your exact fee requires a clinical diagnostic exam and 3D CBCT scan at your consultation.

Why a Range and Not One Number

A single implant is not a single product — it is a procedure shaped by your anatomy, and five things move the number up or down. Each is named plainly so you know what you are paying for and why.

  • Bone volume. If the jawbone where an implant will sit is thin or short, grafting rebuilds the foundation first. More bone work means more cost; a CBCT scan tells us in minutes whether you need it.
  • Extractions. A failing tooth still in place has to come out before an implant goes in. Extractions are $150–$400 per tooth on their own, and included in full-arch cases. See extractions.
  • Grafting and sinus lift. A bone graft runs $500–$1,500; a sinus lift for the upper jaw runs $1,500–$3,000 — both only when your scan shows they are needed. Bone grafting and sinus grafts are done in-house.
  • Sedation choice. Nitrous adds little; oral sedation a bit more; IV sedation managed by our board-certified anesthesiologist costs more and is the right call for longer or anxiety-heavy cases. The sedation and dental-fear page explains the options.
  • Prosthetic material. A single porcelain crown costs less than a full-arch zirconia bridge; the final teeth you chew with are a meaningful part of the total.

Expertise also shapes the total. Dr. Xhoana Gjelaj is board-certified in implant dentistry (DABOI/ID, DICOI, FAAID, MAGD) — fewer than 1% of U.S. dentists hold this combination: MAGD Mastership and dual board certification in implant dentistry (DABOI/ID and DICOI) — with more than 10,000 implants placed. Experience means fewer surprises, fewer re-treatments, and a correctly placed implant that lasts decades rather than a failed bargain that costs more to fix. If age is your worry, the honest picture is on our too old for implants page.

What's Included

Surgery

Placement by a board-certified implantologist, with 3D CBCT-guided planning for precise, minimally invasive positioning.

Components

The titanium implant post, the custom abutment, and the final crown or prosthesis — the complete tooth, not just the post.

In-house lab work

Crowns and arches fabricated in our own lab, eliminating outside-lab markups and extra appointments. See the in-house lab page.

Follow-up protocol

Healing checks, the final restoration, and the integration visits that take a case from post to finished tooth.

Warranty protection. An optional 6-year portable warranty is available for dental implants, crowns, and full-arch / full-mouth restorations through our licensed third-party warranty partner. It is presented separately with its own written quote, travels with you if you move or change providers, and is a service warranty — not insurance. Keeping it active simply means following the maintenance plan you and your doctor set together. Details are on our office policies page.

Why Most Practices Won't Publish Prices

Pricing opacity is, in most of the industry, a deliberate sales tactic. A practice that publishes nothing can quote different patients different numbers, anchor a markdown against an inflated sticker, or wait until you are in the chair to reveal that the advertised price covered only the post. Ambiguity benefits the seller, not you.

Publishing forces the opposite. It means the numbers above have to hold up against any quote you bring in — so we have to be able to defend them, line by line, in writing. That is the point. A practice confident in its pricing can show it before you commit; a practice that cannot, will not.

We are not claiming to be the lowest — we are claiming to be complete and transparent. The right comparison is the full, itemized number, and if you want a framework for making it, our guide on how to choose a dentist in Trinity, FL walks through exactly what to ask.

Getting a Second Opinion on a Full-Arch Quote

If you are holding a five-figure full-arch quote from another office, getting a second opinion is not disloyal — it is exactly what a decision this size deserves, and any practice confident in its plan will welcome it.

Bring the quote. We will set it next to a CBCT-based written plan and our published pricing, and show you how to compare the two line by line: what is included — extractions, bone grafting if needed, sedation and who administers it, the provisional teeth, the final prosthesis and its material, follow-up visits, and warranty — and what is left out.

Implant Cost Questions, Answered

Why do quotes vary so much between practices?

Usually because they are not quoting the same thing. Lower quotes often cover the implant post alone — excluding the abutment, the crown, 3D imaging, sedation, and any grafting — or they reflect an office where implants are a sideline rather than the core specialty. Compare complete, written, itemized quotes only: implant + abutment + crown, with imaging and follow-ups included.

Does the $300 consultation fee come off my treatment cost?

Yes. The Signature Consultation includes a CBCT 3D scan, full X-rays, an intraoral scan, and a written itemized treatment plan from Dr. Gjelaj — and the entire $300 is credited toward your treatment when you begin within 30 days, so the diagnostics that produce your exact number are not a separate expense if you move forward.

Do you offer financing?

Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry. Eligibility, interest, repayment terms and monthly payments depend on lender approval and your treatment plan. We review the available options at your consultation.

Is an ultra-low implant ad price too good to be true?

Often it is a component quote, not a complete one. Teaser prices typically exclude the abutment, the crown (the actual tooth), 3D CBCT imaging, sedation, bone grafting or sinus lift when needed, and the final restoration and follow-up visits. By the time the case is complete the total is frequently higher than a transparent all-in quote. Always compare the complete price: implant + abutment + crown, with imaging and follow-ups included.

Why isn't the consultation free?

A free consultation is usually a sales conversation — a quick look and a pitch. Ours is a 90-minute clinical visit: a CBCT 3D scan, full X-rays, an intraoral scan, and a written treatment plan with exact pricing from Dr. Gjelaj. The $300 fee is credited in full toward your treatment within 30 days, so patients who proceed effectively pay nothing extra for their diagnostics. If you want to talk through options before any office visit, the virtual consult remains free.

Should I get a second opinion before full-arch treatment?

Yes — it is a five-figure, permanent decision, and comparing two written plans line by line is how you make it well. Bring your existing quote and imaging if you have it; diagnostics we can reuse, we will not repeat.

Stop guessing what implants cost.

Get your exact, itemized quote — 3D scan, written treatment plan, and every option explained. The $300 Signature Consult is credited in full toward your treatment.
